Strong body, strong mind!

Our gymnastics program will provide students with great foundation for success in any sport or physical activity. You will learn to control your bodies through the use of various gymnastic equipment such as tumbling mats, trampoline and cheese. Students will be taught movements such as somersault, cartwheel and back handspring.
